I CAN HELP WITH HAIR LOSS in Eagan, Minnesota

I just turned 19 in July, I have had unbelievably thick, wavy hair almost all of my life (besides being a bald baby boy for 3 years). Early in the summer I noticed that the hair  through and on either side of my part appeared to be thinning? so I decided to move my part slightly. I started asking my mother for shampoo that helps hair grow? my mother reluctantly told me I would not be needing that for many years to come. Yesterday I noticed I had to move my part over much further, I felt it was starting to look much more like a comb over. Last night I was sitting on the floor at my friends house and he noticed and commented on how much thinner my hair was becoming and started to crack jokes to our other boys. He said the top was so thin he could clearly see my scalp. Looking at my senior pics until now, the difference is huge. My hair of which I kept about to my shoulders was my life for the last 6 years? the chicks loved it. It was my identity in my eyes. My mother brought me to a specialist to have them explain the causes and reasons for genetic hair loss and if there was any solution to this. My Dad had a full head of hair still to this day, but my maternal uncles had started losing their hair around the age of 25?. Along with my mothers father. After leaving the doctors and him explaining the process to me I felt a little better, he told me to start trying Rogaine 2 x a day and also try using Biotin vitamins, we also discussed hair restoration but the doctor told me this would not be a fit for me for many years because I was still going through my shedding years.  That was the one quick fix I was hoping for? but unfortunately nothing works out for me . I?m 19 years old? I want girlfriends, I want to look like a 19 year old guy? how is this going to be possible when I feel like I am starting to look like an old man? Another year went by and unfortunately the hair is still falling out like you wouldn?t believe. I have been  using the men?s Rogaine ? I have noticed a little fuzz but nothing significant yet. I get angry sometimes wondering why this had to happen to me? I want to blame my family for passing this on to me, even though I know it is not their fault at all. I have now made the decision to  shave my head completely ? I believe there is no other option as to people not noticing all of my thinning areas.  I never thought this would be my life as a man this early ? but what can you do about genetics? And you definitely will not catch me with one of those ugly hair pieces. I have decided I will shave my head for the next 10 years or so and then look into hair restoration again. Besides I really like the attention I?m getting from the ladies now that want to feel my smooth head?. If only they knew what I went through to get to this point!! If there is another option let me know
 
 
     As I set in the corner and watch this kid vent about what was going on to the point were he looked like he was going to explode, I realized for the first time that people really take for granted how much hair means and when you don?t have it how it can crush yourself worth. I personally can?t say I understand what he is going through but I can say that this kid was traumatized and was trying to smile so it would not hurt so bad. 
 
     The technician then told him about a new way to fix it called (FUE) Follicular unit Extraction. This is way different from the old days were they cut a chunk out of the back and plant it to the front. Also it does not leave hug scars that you can?t get rid of  that I was seeing from potential customers walking in the door.
